The location was marvellous and fab, you can visit North Beach by walking. Pleasant and incredible staff was available all the time.

Marvellous and super location with parking nearby. Positioned in the lovely area, not far from Eilat for the international Catchball Friendship League Federation tournament, and the beach, in the middle of the hotelzone.

The hotel had a fab location next to Eilat Promenade. Fantastic and exceptionally nice breakfast with excellent food served on time: )

Spent Christmas holidays at a hotel and had a lovely time. Received two complimentary drinks at the bar upon arrival which was a great start. The hotel is in the perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The best aspect was the pool - it was huge, clean, and had plenty of sun loungers.

To our stay. The elevators were slow and we ended up waiting a while every time.

We were delighted with the family suite, clean, comfortable, quite and had a wonderful view.

The facility and location are very convenient for families who enjoy swimming both in the spacious multiple pools in the hotel and talking walks in the heart of the city. Also, the serene atmosphere and the complete separation between the private and the public areas.

When booking, we did not have the option to add meals such as breakfast. When we asked about meals upon arrival, they told us we could charge the meals we take to our room number. We were surprised to be told that the restaurant for dinner had to be booked in advance on a Friday night. The hostess was quite rude and inhospitable and would not communicate with us in English. When we complained the next morning, the same hostess refused to explain her actions in English and only spoke to the manager in Hebrew. She demanded that we fill out the payment voucher in Hebrew and not in English. Obviously we could not comply. We had not received an explanation or an apology for such behavior from the management.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The pool area was peaceful, and the scenery of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was also great to have access to a nearby beach with plenty of water activities.

The food selection could have been better, and some options were quite expensive. there was no spa on-site, which was a bit disappointing for a romantic getaway.

Very good hotel with nice and clean big suites and facilities. Excellent location to explore Eilat and surroundings. The children loved the beautiful resort like pools and gardens

Spacious rooms, wonderful pool slides, nice garden, tasty breakfast, good supermarket, great staff.

It was all superb.

The outdoor pool and spa close at 7 P.M. which was not expected at a resort location. Used hotel as starting point for tour of Petra, Jordan but was unable to relax at pool after long day in desert.

Located close to the beach and promenade, this hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and a spacious pool area. The fully equipped kitchenettes in the rooms are a plus, and breakfast and dinner were a huge surprise with plenty of options. Some rooms also offer stunning views.
